Our return policy is; in the event where the product received comes with defects, The Buyer is entitled to request for a Product Replacement. We Do Not Refund money; you will receive the same product or any other with the same price value.
The return window is 14 days to a USA, NJ address and the customer will take care of the Return back shipping cost. Keke Braids will send out the replacement wig within 14 - 21 days, shipping costs for the replacement will be entirely on Keke Braids.
